Who do I contact for customer service support?
You can contact our support team at jane@thecornishknitter.co.uk. Our general hours of support are between 9 AM-5 PM (GBT time), Monday-Friday. Someone from our support team will be in touch within 48 hours of your email.

Can I get a refund?
You can cancel your membership anytime, and you will not be billed again. However, a cancellation does not refund any charges that you have already paid. Please note: if you cancel, your access to the patterns, lessons, and all other content, as well as access to the community, will finish at the end of the month you have last paid for. We are unable to refund part of a season paid in full.

How to Cancel a Subscription Plan
Here's how to cancel your subscription as a member. You'll find the option to unsubscribe from automatic renewals under Your Plans and Purchases > Cancel Subscription.
If you purchased on iOS, you'll find the option to unsubscribe within the iOS app.
You can cancel iOS purchases by following these steps:
1. Go to settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases.
2. Choose "View Account"
3. Scroll down to "Subscriptions."
4. Find your Mighty Networks subscription
5. Click on subscription and cancel
On an iOS or Android web browser, you can go to Profile > Your Purchases > Active Subscriptions and cancel a subscription there as long as you make the purchase on the mobile web or desktop web.

Is there an app I can use?
Yes, you can download the Mighty Networks app and log into the community.
​
I've never knit a garment in my life, can I join?
Yes! We’ll give you lots of support to knit your first garment. We will be releasing some basic videos to help get you started.
​
I am already a very good knitter; is there any point in joining?
We hope so! The Cornish Knitter's Flock is a great space to play with what you already know, refine your skills, and be a part of an amazing community. At the very least, you’ll get a few new patterns, fantastic masterclasses with experts, and the support of a supportive, creative community. Try it and see!

Do I need to be good at using a computer?
No, we’ve done our best to make our platform as intuitive as possible. We provide quick links to find your way to new videos and live Zoom calls. If you have any questions or feel lost, just let us know.

Do you offer a bursary?
Yes, we do. We strive to make our community as accessible as possible and understand that not everyone may be able to afford it, yet many would greatly benefit from joining. If you believe you qualify for the bursary.

Join Our Sock Club
Alongside The Flock, we also have a Sock Club subscription box. Not only will you receive a gorgeous sock yarn, sock pattern, video tutorials, an exclusive Cornish stitch marker and a Cornish gift every other month, but you will also be able to join our online social group where everyone discusses all things knitting socks.
